A vision project often encounters a lot of thorny problems in the process from the customer's needs to the determination of the plan. These problems seem to be small, but they always influence the ease and efficiency of the project process. Can we make up some homework before this and avoid some problems in advance so as to improve the efficiency and success rate of the project? Today, Telecentric Optics (BTOS) explains some issues from the following image capture environments. Let us see if we will encounter the following situations in our actual work:
1, the image appears dark corners, black corners, or image brightness uneven
Ambient and dark corners
Image brightness is not uniform
2. Irregular smears and ghosting of images
3, the image black area is not black, white area is not white, poor contrast
4, the image can not always be clearly focused
5, when shooting object contour features, the contour boundary has a grayscale transition

Having such a picture, the hardware solution may be over for our project, but when the latter algorithm is dealing with these pictures, it is often a headache, and the stability and accuracy will have a great impact. So can we not solve this problem after we have faced these problems?
The telecentric optical BTOS summarized these problems in the long-term project accumulation, and spent a lot of time and manpower to try to deal with the improvement of these problems, and integrate the improvement results of these problems into the product hardware, so that the customer is collecting the front end of the image.
