Fan and motor replacement for transformer cooling system

I. Management regulations

According to the DL/T 572-2010 " Power Transformer Operation Regulations", the fan and motor of the cooling system should be replaced in time when it is damaged.

Second, the process standard

After replacement, it works normally, and there is no overheating or abnormality in all parts.

Third, the work process

        (1) Preparation:

Prepare a sufficient number of tools, such as combination wrenches, screwdrivers, top wires, lubricants, cleaning agents, paints, aprons, etc., as needed.

        (2) When the oil pump motor is damaged, replace it with the following steps:

        1) Disconnect the motor power to the oil pump (see Figure 3-5-54).

        2) Close the oil pump oil line pipe valve.

        3) Remove the oil pump motor and take measures to prevent oil splashing on the ground before disassembly.

        4) Clean and replace the seal ring.

        5) Replace the new oil pump motor and install it.

        6) Open the oil pipeline valve and observe the phenomenon of no oil leakage.

        7) Inject the oil pump motor power supply and test run. The oil flow direction is correct, the oil pump is running normally, and there is no overheating or abnormal sound.

        8) Spray the oil pump casing paint as needed.

        (3) When the fan or motor is damaged, replace it as follows:

               1) Disconnect the working power of the fan motor.

               2) Remove the fan motor and prevent damage to the heat sink during disassembly.

               3) Open the retaining washer on the motor and unscrew the cap nut to remove the blade from the shaft.

               4) Replace the fan blade or motor according to the damaged part.

               5) Reinstall the fan motor.

               6) The newly installed motor should be flexible and free of broom.

               7) Passing the motor power supply, the test run is normal, the direction is correct, and there is no abnormal sound.

        8) Spray the motor casing paint as needed.

Fourth, cleaning precautions

(1) Before replacement. Check if the working power is normal.

        (2) Test the newly replaced motor insulation resistance) 0.5MΩ.

        (3) After replacement, check that the replacement parts are working properly.

        (4) During the replacement process, pay attention to personal safety and prevent low-voltage electricity.
