Instructions

Connect the power cord plug, turn on the “Power” switch on the control panel, power on the “Cooling Temperature” table and the “Test Temperature” table and the “Timer” table. The system is powered normally. The "test temperature" PV shows the current "cold probe" temperature.

2. Set the temperature of the "test temperature" SV according to the experimental standard, press "Start"

Button, the indicator light is on, the system delay starts, and the work starts.

(Note: Because the equipment is a cascade refrigeration technology, this is the first-stage compression system startup work. After about 7 minutes, the secondary compression system starts automatically. The “temperature control instrument” PV on the control panel shows the cooling. Is the normal process requirements, don't worry!)

3. When the temperature reaches the “set temperature”, start the experiment, press the chronograph button switch, and start timing according to the set time. After the time arrives, the alarm light will be on. Continue to the next experiment.

4. After the test is finished, press "Start"

Precautions

This equipment uses a compressor refrigeration process. It should be placed at rest for more than 4 hours before using the equipment for the first time. The time between starting the system twice should be no less than 30 minutes!

When operating the equipment, be careful of frostbite due to the low temperature of the "cold probe"!

Non-professional professionals are not allowed to disassemble the equipment. In order to avoid danger or damage to the equipment!
