The MAX2062 is a highly linear 50MHz-1000MHz dual analog-to-digital variable-gain amplifier (VGA) with a maximum gain of 19.4dB, a gain flatness of 0.34dB for a 100MHz bandwidth, and 56dB of isolation at 200MHz. The built-in 8-bit DAC is used. No analog attenuation control, single-supply 5V operation, excellent linearity, 41dBm OIP3 for 200MHz, 56dBm for OIP2, 19dBm for 1dB compression, mainly used in IF and RF gain stages, temperature compensation circuit, GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and CDMA2000 base stations, WiMAXK, LTE and TD-LTE base stations and CPE, wireless local loop and military systems.
