Wireless remote control switch wiring diagram DIY production

This example describes a wireless remote control switch that uses a miniature wireless remote-control transmitter and receiver device. It has features such as simple circuit, easy manufacture, and easy commissioning. It can be used for pulse triggering circuits or electrical equipment that controls short-time operation (such as electric curtains, Electric shutter doors, electric toys, etc.)

The wireless remote control switch circuit is composed of a wireless remote control transmission circuit and a wireless remote control receiving control circuit.

Wireless remote control transmitter circuit consists of control button s, wireless remote transmitter ICl, time base integrated circuit IC2, diodes VD1, VD2, resistors R1 ~ R3, potentiometer RP and capacitors C1, C2, as shown.

The wireless remote control receiving control circuit is composed of a wireless remote control receiver IC3, a decoder and a control execution circuit, as shown in the figure

Component selection

R1 ~ R4 use 1/4W carbon film resistors or metal film resistors.

RP uses solid variable resistors.

C1-C5 are all monolithic capacitors.

VD1 ~ VD3 are selected 1N4148 silicon switching diodes.

V chooses S8050 or C8050, 3DG8050 silicon NPN transistor.

IC1 uses T630 integrated wireless remote control transmitter; IC2 uses NE555 type time-base integrated circuit; IC3 selects T631 type wireless remote receiver for IC1; IC4 selects LM567 type decoder integrated circuit.

S chooses the dynamic (normally open) type button.

K uses 6V DC relays, and its contact current capacity can be determined according to the power of the controlled device.
