When a transaction occurs
Each player in the system has a blank ledger, and each time a transaction occurs, they record the transaction on the ledger.

Trading continues
As time goes by, more and more players in the system need to transfer money to others. Whenever they want to transfer money, they only need to tell all the players in the system. As soon as one person hears it, he/she will record the transaction on the ledger.
Billing continues until all players have used up the current blank page. Suppose a page of accounts can record ten transactions. When ten transactions are completed, then this page can no longer continue to be booked.
At this point, just save the page record to a folder, then scroll to the next blank page and continue to book.
