First check the output voltage of the BUCK switching DC-DC converter and LDO linear regulator on the motherboard, and soon found that the 1.8V output of the U18LM1117-ADJ is not normal! It is 1.39V and unstable.
The U18 input voltage is normal.
After power off, replace U18AMS1117-ADJ,
Powering up again, the U18 has output 1.82V.
Send a signal, the picture is normal.
The 1.8V of the U18 output is used for the DDR2 memory chip W971GG6JB-18 on the motherboard. When the power supply of the DDR2 is incorrect or unstable, the judgment of the DDR pair 0 and 1 will be wrong, so that the high-speed data on the DDR is problematic. Affects the normal reading and writing of the DDR by the main chip, causing the booting screen, not booting, slow booting, booting crashes and the like.
