Investigated lawsuit Foshan Lighting's interim results are expected to drop 40%-60%

Foshan Lighting announced its interim results forecast on the evening of the 14th. The company expects net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the first half of the year to be 75.58 million yuan to 113 million yuan, a decrease of 40%-60% over the same period of the previous year, and a profit of 188.96 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. It is estimated that the basic earnings per share will be 0.059 yuan - 0.089 yuan, and the basic earnings per share will be 0.149 yuan in the same period last year.

Foshan Lighting said that the main reasons affecting the company's net profit changes are as follows: 1. Provision for impairment of idle equipment and construction in progress, the accrued amount is 3,980,700 yuan; 2. The company received the service from the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court. The Civil Judgment involving 222 plaintiffs, the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court ruled that the company needs to compensate the 222 plaintiffs for the amount of 13.9233 million yuan and the legal costs of 244,000 yuan, so the company needs to accrue liabilities of 14.1677 million yuan; 3. by the market The impact, the company's LED product sales prices fell, leading to a decline in profit.
