On January 22nd, Guangdong Printing and Flexible Display Innovation Center was established. Guangdong Juhua Printing Display Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Huaxing Optoelectronics and Tianma Microelectronics, is the main promoter of the innovation center. Fu Dong, general manager of Juhua Company, told the First Financial Reporter that the production of large-size OLEDs by printing technology is expected to be industrialized around 2020.
Fu Dong said that this requires breakthroughs in the entire industry chain in the 8.5 generation or more inkjet printing equipment, soluble OLED materials and inks, inkjet printing technology, thin film packaging technology, oxide TFT backplane technology and drive compensation technology. Therefore, Juhua Company has carried out strategic cooperation with many domestic and foreign companies and universities.
“Printed display and flexible display are a pair of born twin brothers. The two can be perfectly combined to achieve Roll-Roll's flexible printing display technology, which creates a display like a newspaper,†Fu Dong said. Compared with the semiconductor/vacuum process, the printing display has the characteristics of light and soft, large area, low cost, green manufacturing, etc. It is one of the development directions of the new display industry in the future.
Due to the optimistic potential of flexible display, in December 2014, Shenzhen Huaxing Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TCL Group (3.530, 0.03, 0.86%), invested 100 million yuan to establish Guangdong Juhua Printing Display Technology Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou. Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., another major domestic panel manufacturer, later invested in a 34% stake in Juhua. At present, Juhua Company has signed a letter of intent for cooperation with South China University of Technology and Shanghai Jiaotong University with capital and intellectual property as the link.
The first phase of Juhua Company plans to invest 600 million yuan to build a 4.5-generation printed OLED R&D public platform, striving for a national-level innovation center for printing. According to the plan, the second phase of Juhua will build a 8.5-generation printing display platform, a roll-to-roll 4.5-generation R&D pilot platform and a printing display industry ecosystem.
Printing shows that the current main direction is to print OLED, printed QLED (quantum dot TV). At present, whether it is an OLED TV screen or a mobile phone screen, the process of evaporating OLED materials is mainly used, and the production yield is low and the cost is high. Print display is one of the technical paths to solve this problem. And once the printing display technology is broken, it can be used not only for OLED printing, but also for quantum dot material printing, which brings more choices for flexible displays.
Chen Guanglang, CTO of TCL Group, said in an interview with the first financial reporter last year that the screen of Samsung OLED mobile phone is made by evaporation technology, but the only way out is to print on a large-area OLED TV. "We first use OLED materials to practice the printing process technology. After maturity, we can change the OLED ink into QLED ink." Chen Guanglang also said, "The first step is to print on the glass. When the process is mature, you can replace the glass with The plastic sheet can be made into a flexible display."
The ultimate goal of print display is to display a flexible, large-area, extremely low-cost display that can replace the current newspapers, newspapers, etc., and is widely used in people's daily life. It will be an era of "display everywhere." However, there are at least three stages to go: durable displays, flexible displays, and rollable displays.
Multinational companies such as Samsung and LG are also developing printing and display technologies and laying out relevant industrial ecosystems. In order to avoid falling behind in the next generation of display technology, Juhua has actively cooperated and has signed strategic cooperation agreements with upstream companies such as DuPont, Sumitomo Chemical, Merck Chemical, Nissan Chemical, Kateeva, ULVAC, and Korea JUSUNG.
Lan cable include CAT7 Lan Cable, cat6a cable, cat6 cable, cat5e cable.
The length of the lan cable are 1000ft (305m), the usable part of a box cable is about 300 meters. To press the RJ45 connectors, usually needs to consider the consumption of part of zhuan degree, so one box of lan cable is 305 meters.
Home Network Cable is called "twisted pair". About twisted pair:
Twisted Pair (TP), the most commonly used transmission medium in comprehensive wiring projects, consists of two insulated copper wires. By stranding two insulated copper wires together at a certain density, the radio waves emitted by each wire during transmission are offset by those from the other wire, effectively reducing the degree of signal interference.
Twisted-pair wires are usually made of two 22-26 insulated copper wires wrapped around each other, hence the name "twisted-pair wire".In practice, twisted pair consists of several pairs of twisted pair wrapped together in an insulated cable sleeve. If one or more pairs of twisted-wire is placed in an insulating bushing, it becomes a twisted-wire cable. However, in daily life, "twisted-wire" is generally referred to as "twisted-wire".
