In 2011, the first high-tech LED lighting boutique exhibition was successfully launched at the Shanghai International Convention Center. Product Overview


As a distribution transformer, single-phase transformer has great advantages. It can reduce the length of low-voltage distribution lines, reduce line losses, and improve the quality of power supply. The transformer is designed with high efficiency and energy saving coiled iron core structure, and is mounted on the column. It is small in size, small in infrastructure investment, and can reduce the low-voltage power supply radius by more than 60%. It is suitable for rural power grids, remote mountain areas, scattered villages, agricultural production, lighting and power consumption, and also for the energy-saving transformation of railway and urban power grids.
Structural characteristics
1. High voltage coil is wound with high-quality polyurethane enamelled round copper wire, and low-voltage coil is wound with cable paper wrapped wire. The interlayer insulation uses adhesive tape. During the coil drying process, it begins to melt at a certain temperature, producing adhesion. With the increase of temperature, it starts to solidify, so that adjacent layers of the winding can be reliably bonded into a fixed unit to prevent coil winding displacement, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure.
2. The iron core is made of silicon steel sheet or amorphous alloy silicon steel sheet rolled with grain orientation, which can ensure that the flow direction of magnetic flux is consistent with the grain orientation of silicon steel sheet, giving full play to the excellent performance of the material, and the no-load loss is far lower than the standard requirements, further effectively reducing the noise level of the transformer.

3. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure to enhance the reliability of operation, and normal operation is maintenance free.
