II. Project Overview and the scope of tender

2.1 Project Name: Earthquake Production and Field Employee Commuter Passenger Service Project of Geophysical Prospecting Corporation in 2018;

2.2 The tender number: 2017FWGK3685;

2.3 Planned investment: RMB 3 million (including tax);

2.4 Service period: January 15, 2018, December 31, 2018;

2.5 Implementation sites: Tailai, Jidong, Qinggang, Baiquan, Taikang, etc.;

2.6 Scope of Bidding: To provide field workers with commuter and passenger service for earthquake production. According to the characteristics of the earthquake construction, the bus will be dispatched to work with the seismological team. Every morning, the employees will be hired to work together with the employees, and the employees will be returned to the site at night. Working hours no less than 14 hours a day. Third, bidder qualification requirements

3.1 This project does not accept bids from the Consortium;

3.2 The bidder must be a qualified legal person or other organization with a valid business license and the business scope of the business license includes (inter-provincial, inter-city, and inter-county) passenger transport projects;

3.3 The bid invitation requires the bidder to possess the qualifications for the “Road Management Permit”, and has corresponding protection capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the bidder’s proposed project manager must have more than 3 years of management experience of the same type of project. The bidder's proposed technical person in charge must have more than 2 years of experience in similar projects.
